A project is your app. Each request starts a build, and a build is paid for in credits by the model tokens it uses (1 credit = $0.001). A typical Codebase Auto build is about 140 credits. If final automated QA fails, the build is not charged.

Open-weight models cost far less to run than closed frontier models, and that gap flows through to the credits per build in the table above, which is computed live from each model's retail rate. We also tune the harness around each model — context management, task-specific prompting, tool use and retries — so a cheaper model still produces a build that compiles and previews.

Codebase Auto is the default: it routes each task to the best-fit open-weight model for that step and applies the quality gates every build goes through. Its cost per typical build is shown in the table above and comes from live retail rates, not a fixed number. Pick a specific model when you want to control that choice yourself.

Any plan can select any model in the table. Larger models use credits faster; a build starts only when your balance covers that model's estimate, so use the table as a comparison rather than a fixed quote.

Buy a credit pack (purchased credits never expire), upgrade, or wait for the monthly reset. Existing projects remain available.

If a build fails final automated QA — for example, the generated app does not compile or its preview cannot start — its credits are not charged. Requests after a build that passed QA count as new builds, including visual changes and redesigns.

Credit cards via Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually and credit top-ups are one-time purchases; both are managed from the billing portal in Settings.

Your project files stay in your workspace. We process prompts and code to run builds, but do not use them to train models. We collect the account, billing, credit, security, and consented analytics data needed to operate the service.

No. The introductory beta price shown on this page is applied automatically in Stripe Checkout. There is no promo field or hidden annual requirement.

Use the billing portal from Settings. Checkout prevents creating a second subscription for an account that already has one.

Monthly is the default and has no annual commitment. Annual is optional: you pay the full year upfront for a lower effective monthly price and 20% more monthly credits.

We're in active development and we'd rather be upfront about it than pretend we're a finished product. Pricing tiers, feature lists, and platform behavior can change as we learn what works. If you're on a paid plan and we change something material, we'll honor your current terms for the billing period you've already paid for and give you notice before the next cycle.
