Data Processing Addendum

QuantumDesk LTD does not currently offer a standard, automatically accepted Data Processing Addendum (DPA) as part of self-service Codebase plans.

The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern ordinary self-service use. Do not use Codebase to process personal information that requires a controller-to-processor agreement, regulated health information, payment-card data, or similarly regulated data unless QuantumDesk LTD has signed a separate written agreement with your organization.

Organizations that need a DPA, security review, subprocessor information, or specific international-transfer terms may contact [email protected]. Any DPA applies only after it is separately agreed and signed by both parties.
