Features 3 default columns (To Do, In Progress, Done), the ability to add new tasks via a modal with title, description, priority, and assignee fields, color-coded priority labels (Low, Medium, High, Urgent), task count per column, responsive column layout that stacks on mobile, and local storage persistence so tasks survive browser refreshes.
